Description
The Deacon William Lane house, once one of the oldest houses in town. Built by Deacon William Lane around 1746, it was torn down in the 1950s and the site is now occupied by a service station at 747 Lafayette Road. At left is the home of Orrin L. Lane (the great-great grandson of William) which was moved back to 19 Tuck Road.
