Warren M. Batchelder's residence, 435 Exeter Road, ca. 1899. He also operated an express service between Hampton and Boston. The house is a 2 1/2 story sidehall house with a sidehall entry on the western bay of the facade. It had Italianate features, such as an Italianate door hood and one story bay on the facade. A long porch extended the length of the main block and ell on the east elevation.
